MR Foundation Repair is licensed and insured in both Georgia and South Carolina.

Michael E. Ray, owner and operator of MR Foundation Repair, has been in the remodeling and foundation repair business for over 30 years.  MR Foundation Repair began as MR Construction Company in 1985.  Mr. Ray was awarded the 2004 “Builder of the Year” award by the Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta.  He is also a CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) and is a two-time recipient of the Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta “Remodeler of the Year” award in 1994/1995 and 2005.  His primary focus became foundation repairs over the years and he became an official dealer of Chance Helical Pier Systems in 1993.  Some of his other credentials include:

Michael Ray is a member of the CHANCE Alliance Network, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and serves as a Life Board of Director for the Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta. He also serves as a Board of Director for the Beech Island Historical Society.
